Our founder, Emmanuel Ogana had one goal when Munca was founded. That goal was to simplify and make micro-transportation more accessible. This vision of a simple transportation platform spanned years of development, market research and feedback. THE IDEA FORMS

The concept for Munca started with modest intentions as our Founder, Manny Ogana was traveling to San Francisco. It started with the question that too many travelers find themselves asking "How will I get from the airport to my hotel?"

Summer 2018

THE RESEARCH BEGINS

The very first thing Manny did once stumbling upon the idea of an application with all your ride options on one application was to conduct market research. Manny spent the first two months talking to over 1000 passengers and over 300 drivers throughout California and Louisiana.
